Nine-methods fist kung fu is a melding of northern Shaolin and Wudang martial arts, into an explosive, direct and highly-effective martial art. This is a system that is street lethal, yet also encompasses all of the beauty and power that kung fu has to offer. This is a closed-door martial art, reserved solely for those taken as disciples of the Cook-Ryu Hombu Dojo.
